From Nara Park, walk to the nearest bus stop, Nara Koen (Nara Park Bus Stop). Take the Kintetsu Bus bound for Osaka Nankai Namba Station. The bus ride will take approximately 50 minutes. Once you arrive at Osaka Nankai Namba Station, transfer to the Nankai Main Line and take a train towards Wakayama. Get off at Suminoe Koen Station. From there, it's about a 15-minute walk to Nanko Fishing Park. Exit the station and head south on Nankominami Street until you reach the park.

From Nara Station, take the JR Yamatoji Line towards Osaka. After about 30 minutes, transfer at Tennoji Station to the Nankai Main Line train towards Wakayama. Get off at Suminoe Koen Station. Once you exit the station, walk south on Nankominami Street for approximately 15 minutes to reach Nanko Fishing Park.
