Subway fare is approximately ¥200. Alternatively, take the Kobe City Bus #2, 18, 90, or 92 to the "Nunobiki" bus stop or bus #64 to the "Shin-Kobe" bus stop. From there, follow signs to the Shin-Kobe Ropeway.

    From Shin-Kobe Station, the Shin-Kobe Ropeway's lower station is a short 5-minute walk. Follow the signs from the station. From JR Sannomiya Station, it is approximately a 20-minute walk to Shin-Kobe Station and the ropeway. Be aware that this is an uphill walk.

  • Ropeway

    Purchase a ticket for the Shin-Kobe Ropeway at the lower station. A round-trip ticket, which includes admission to the Herb Gardens, costs ¥2000 for adults and ¥1000 for youth during daytime hours (9:30 to 17:00).
