From Nagoya Station, take the JR Chuo Line to Jokoji Station. The walk to Jokoji Temple from Jokoji Station is approximately 20 minutes. Alternatively, from Nakamizuno Station on the Aichi Loop Line, take the Seto City Community Bus's Shimo-Hadagawa Line to the Jokoji Koen Bus Stop, which is near the temple. The train fare from Nagoya to Jokoji Station is around ¥480. The bus fare is approximately ¥200.

Jokoji Temple is approximately 15 minutes by car from the Seto-Shinano Interchange on the Tokai-Kanjo Expressway or the Kasugai Interchange on the Tomei Expressway. From central Owari, take Route 155 towards Seto City, then Route 23 following signs for Jokoji Temple. Free parking is available at Jokoji Temple, with approximately 160 spaces for standard-size cars and 3 spaces for buses (bus parking requires a reservation).
