Public Transportation
From Settsu, make your way to the nearest station with access to the Hankyu Railway. The Settsu City Station is a good choice. Take the Hankyu Takarazuka Line to Umeda Station, which is a central hub. Once at Umeda, transfer to the Osaka Metro Midosuji Line towards Nakamozu. Get off at Kyoto Station. From Kyoto Station, it’s a short walk to the Kyoto Tower Building, located at 721-1 Higashishiokojicho, Shimogyo Ward, Kyoto. Follow the signs leading to the tower; it should take about 10 minutes on foot. Note that a one-way ticket on the Hankyu Railway costs around ¥400, and the subway fare is approximately ¥230.

If you are driving from Settsu, head towards the Meishin Expressway via Route 171. Follow the signs for Kyoto and take the exit towards Kyoto-Higashi. Once on the bypass, follow the signs to Kyoto City Center. Upon arriving in Kyoto, look for parking options near Kyoto Station, as parking can be challenging in the area. The Kyoto Tower Building is located just a short walk away from the station. Be aware that parking fees in city-center areas can range from ¥300 to ¥600 per hour.
