Train
If you are in central Tokyo, make your way to Shinjuku Station. Take the JR Chuo Line (Rapid) towards Takao. The journey will take approximately 25 minutes. Alight at Kichijoji Station. Once you exit the ticket gates, follow the signs to the North Exit.

Upon exiting the North Exit of Kichijoji Station, you will find yourself at a bustling area with many shops. Head straight along the main road (Kichijoji Honcho Street) for about 10 minutes.
