Start your journey at Shinjuku Station. Take the Marunouchi Line (Red Line) towards Ikebukuro and get off at the next stop, which is Shinjuku Gyoenmae Station. Upon exiting the station, follow the signs for Exit 1. Once you are above ground, walk straight for about 600 meters until you reach the intersection with the road. Turn left at the intersection onto Yasukuni-dori Street.
