Car
If you are driving from Kolsai Lakes National Park, head south towards the main road leading to Almaty. Follow the signs to Almaty and merge onto the A2 highway. Continue on the A2 for approximately 120 kilometers until you reach Almaty. Once in Almaty, take the exit toward the Medeu area. Follow the signs for Shymbulak Ski Resort. The road will take you up into the mountains, and you will arrive at Shymbulak, located at Kerey and Zhanibek Khans St 558/1.
