There is no direct parking at Kolsai Travel, so you may need to park at designated areas nearby and walk to the location.

For those using public transportation, you can take a bus or shared taxi from Almaty to Saty village, which is the last stop before Kolsai Lakes. The journey takes about 4-5 hours. Upon arrival in Saty, you will need to hire a local taxi or arrange for a transfer to Kolsai Travel, which is about 12 km away from Saty. Expect to pay around 2000-3000 KZT for the taxi ride. Make sure to confirm the fare before starting your journey.
