Getting There

Car
From Meru Town, take the A2 road heading towards Nanyuki. After approximately 40 kilometers, turn left onto the Meru National Park entrance road. Follow the signs for Murera Gate, which will take you directly to iKWETA Safari Camp. The camp is located just inside the park, and you may need to pay a park entrance fee, which is around 1,500 KES per person.

Public Transport
From Meru Town, board a matatu (shared taxi) heading to Nanyuki and inform the driver that you want to get off at the Meru National Park entrance. The fare should be around 100 KES. After disembarking, you will need to walk approximately 3 kilometers to reach Murera Gate. Alternatively, you can hire a boda boda (motorcycle taxi) from the entrance to the camp, which may cost between 200-300 KES.
