    If you are driving, head towards Mount Kenya National Park from Nanyuki town. Follow the Nanyuki-Nairobi road (A2) and turn onto the Mount Kenya Road (C71) towards the park. Continue on this road until you reach Gitinga Village. The Mounting Climbing Porters and Guides Centre is located at R363+H5 Along Mt. Kenya, National Park Rd. There is parking available at the centre.

    From Nanyuki, take a matatu (shared minibus) towards Mount Kenya National Park. Make sure to confirm that the matatu goes to Gitinga Village. Once you arrive at Gitinga Village, you can either walk to the Mounting Climbing Porters and Guides Centre, which is approximately a 10-minute walk from the village center along the Mount Kenya National Park Rd, or hire a local taxi for a short ride.
