    If you are driving from Nanyuki, head southeast on the A2 road towards Timau. After about 25 km, you will reach a junction at Timau; take the left fork onto the C77 road. Continue for approximately 10 km until you see the Ngare Ndare Forest Park entrance on your left. Be prepared to pay an entrance fee, which is typically around 1000 KES for adults. Parking is available at the park entrance.

  • Public Transportation

    From Nanyuki, board a matatu (shared taxi) heading to Timau. The journey will take about 30-40 minutes and costs around 100 KES. Ask the driver to drop you off at Timau. Once in Timau, you can hire a boda-boda (motorcycle taxi) or a taxi to take you to Ngare Ndare Forest Park, which is about 10 km away. The boda-boda fare should be around 300 KES. Agree on the fare before starting your journey.
