Car
If you're driving, start from the main entrance of Mount Longonot National Park. Head southwest on the main park road. After about 5 kilometers, you will see a sign indicating the Scenic View Point to your right. Turn onto that road, which is well-maintained but may be bumpy in some sections. Continue for approximately 1 kilometer until you reach the parking area at the Scenic View Point. Note that there is a park entry fee of approximately 30 USD per vehicle, which you should pay at the entrance.

Public Transportation
To reach Scenic View Point using public transport, take a matatu (shared taxi) from Naivasha town to the entrance of Mount Longonot National Park. The matatu ride costs around 100 KES. Once you arrive at the park entrance, you will need to walk or hire a local guide with a vehicle to take you to the Scenic View Point, as public transport does not go all the way there. The cost for a local guide can vary, but expect to pay around 1500 KES for a round trip.

Walking
For the adventurous, if you decide to walk from the park entrance to Scenic View Point, it's about a 3-kilometer hike. The trail is well-marked, but be prepared for some steep sections. It will take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour to reach the viewpoint. Ensure you have enough water and snacks for the hike, and start early in the morning to avoid the heat.
