Getting There

• Walking

  Start your journey at the center of Muang Sing, near the main market. Head east on the main road (Route 13) for about 1 kilometer until you reach a fork in the road. Take the left fork, which leads you towards Muang Xai. Continue walking for approximately 2 kilometers. You will pass by several local shops and eateries along the way, which can provide a great opportunity to experience the local culture. After 2 kilometers, look for a sign that indicates the direction to พระธาตุรัตนมิ่งเมือง. Turn right at this sign and follow the path for about 500 meters until you see the temple on your left.

• Bicycle

  If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Muang Sing. Begin at the main market and cycle east along Route 13. After about 1 kilometer, you will reach a fork in the road. Take the left fork toward Muang Xai and continue cycling for about 2 kilometers. You will notice various local attractions which make for a scenic ride. Once you reach the sign indicating พระธาตุรัตนมิ่งเมือง, turn right and continue for another 500 meters. The temple will be on your left, and there should be a bike rack available near the entrance.

• Trekking

  For the adventurous souls, you can hike from the center of Muang Sing. Start at the main market and head east on the main road for about 1 kilometer. When you reach the fork, take the left path toward Muang Xai. Continue on this path for about 2 kilometers while enjoying the beautiful scenery and local wildlife. Afterward, look for the sign directing you to พระธาตุรัตนมิ่งเมือง. Follow the trail to the right for another 500 meters until you reach the temple. This trek can be a rewarding way to explore the natural beauty of the surrounding area.
