Walking
If you are in the Central District of Riga, you can easily walk to Our Lady of Sorrows Church located at Pils iela 5. Start from the Freedom Monument, which is a well-known landmark. From the monument, head down Brīvības iela towards the Old Town (Vecrīga). After about 500 meters, turn right onto Jāņa sēta. Continue straight until you reach the end of the street, then turn left onto Pils iela. The church will be on your right, just a short distance down the road, next to the Latvian National Museum of Art.

To reach Our Lady of Sorrows Church using public transport, find the nearest bus or tram stop. For example, if you are near the Central Market, you can take tram number 7 or 9 towards the Old Town. Get off at the 'Rātslaukums' stop, which is close to the Old Town. From there, walk towards the Freedom Monument, and follow the walking directions provided above to reach the church at Pils iela 5.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many rental stations around the city. Start from the Bastejkalna Park and follow the bike paths towards the Old Town. Once you reach the Freedom Monument, continue as previously described by walking down Brīvības iela, turning right onto Jāņa sēta, then left onto Pils iela to arrive at Our Lady of Sorrows Church.
