From downtown Augusta, start at the intersection of Water Street and State Street. Head north on State Street for about 0.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Western Avenue (Route 202). At the traffic light, turn left onto Western Avenue. Continue walking for about 0.3 miles. You will see a sign for Community Drive; turn right onto Community Drive. The Moose at UMA will be located on your right side shortly after you enter the road. Look for the building with the prominent signage.

From downtown Augusta, locate the nearest bus stop on Water Street. You can take the Capital Area Transit (CAT) bus Route 2 towards the Augusta Civic Center. Stay on the bus for about 10-15 minutes.
