If you are starting from the Kota Bharu Bus Terminal, exit the terminal and head east on Jalan Hamzah. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Jalan Sultan Ibrahim. Turn left onto Jalan Sultan Ibrahim and walk straight for about 800 meters. The Kelantan Tourist Information Centre will be on your right at the address 15150 Kota Bharu, Kelantan.

From the Istana Jahar, head north on Jalan Sultan Ibrahim. Walk straight for about 500 meters. You will see the Kelantan Tourist Information Centre on your left side, just before you reach the intersection with Jalan Istana.

If you are coming from the Kota Bharu Central Market, exit the market and head south on Jalan Kebun Sultan. Continue walking until you reach Jalan Sultan Ibrahim.
