Walking
From the center of Annapolis, head southwest on Main Street towards the waterfront. Continue onto West Street and follow the signs for US-50 W. As you approach the West Street Bridge, cross the bridge and continue onto US-50 W. Take the exit for I-97 N towards Baltimore. Merge onto I-97 N and continue for about 25 miles. Take the exit for I-95 N towards Baltimore. Follow I-95 N for about 20 miles, then take exit 53A to merge onto I-695 W. Continue on I-695 W for approximately 10 miles before merging onto I-295 N. Follow I-295 N for about 5 miles until you reach the signs for Washington, DC. Merge onto I-395 N, which will take you directly into Washington, DC. Take exit 9C towards the National Mall. Continue straight and follow the signs for 4th St SW. The Museum of the Bible will be on your right at 400 4th St SW.

From the City Dock in Annapolis, walk to the nearby Annapolis Transit bus stop. Take the 99 MetroExpress bus towards the New Carrollton Metro Station. The bus will take you to the Greenbelt Metro Station. From there, transfer to the Green Line (towards Branch Ave) and ride to the Gallery Place-Chinatown Metro Station. Transfer to the Red Line and ride towards Glenmont. Get off at the Judiciary Square Metro Station. From Judiciary Square, walk south on 4th St NW until you reach the Museum of the Bible at 400 4th St SW.
