From any point in Seneca Creek State Park, head southeast on MD-118 S (Germantown Rd) toward Waring Station Rd. Continue on MD-118 S for about 10 miles until you reach the intersection with MD-27 S. Turn left onto MD-27 S and continue for about 6 miles. Merge onto I-270 S toward Washington. After approximately 7 miles, take exit 26B for I-70 W toward Frederick. Continue on I-70 W for about 8 miles, then take exit 53A for US-15 S toward Leesburg. After about 25 miles, take exit for VA-7 W toward Berryville. Continue on VA-7 W for about 15 miles, then take exit for VA-9 W. Continue on VA-9 W, then turn left onto Mountain Rd. Doukenie Winery will be on your right at 14727 Mountain Rd, Hillsboro, VA 20132.

From Seneca Creek State Park, you will need to use a combination of public transport and walking. Start by taking a ride to the nearest Metro station, which is the Shady Grove Metro Station. From there, take the Red Line towards Glenmont and transfer at the Rockville Metro Station. Change to the Marc Train, which will take you towards Brunswick. Once you reach the Brunswick Train Station, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare to Doukenie Winery, located at 14727 Mountain Rd, Hillsboro, VA 20132. It's approximately 12 miles away, so the taxi ride should take around 20 minutes.
