Car
If you are starting from the main entrance of Seneca Creek State Park, head northeast on Seneca Creek Rd. Continue for about 2.5 miles until you reach the intersection with MD-355 N (Frederick Rd). Turn left onto MD-355 N and continue for approximately 6 miles. Once you reach the town of Knoxville, turn right onto Harpers Ferry Rd. After about half a mile, you will see the Maryland Heights Trailhead on your left, located at 489-551 Harpers Ferry Rd.

Public Transportation
From Seneca Creek State Park, you will need to take a bus to reach the Maryland Heights Trailhead. First, exit the park and walk to the nearest bus stop on MD-355 N. Catch the MTA Bus 505 towards Frederick. Get off at the Harpers Ferry stop. From there, walk about 0.5 miles down Harpers Ferry Rd, and you will arrive at the Maryland Heights Trailhead, located at 489-551 Harpers Ferry Rd.
