Getting There

Once you reach the intersection near the Visitor Center, turn onto Tschiffely Mill Road. Continue on Tschiffely Mill Road for about 1.5 miles. You will see a sign for the Seneca Mill and Quarry Ruins on your right. Turn into the parking area and park your vehicle. The ruins are a short walk from the parking area.

  • Public Transportation

    If you are using public transportation, take the Metro to the Shady Grove station. From there, you will need to take a taxi or rideshare service, as public transportation does not directly reach Seneca Creek State Park. The taxi ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at the park entrance, you will need to walk or drive to Tschiffely Mill Road as described above.

    For those already within Seneca Creek State Park, locate the main park road. Head towards the Visitor Center, which is a known landmark.
