    If you are driving, start on US-6. If you are coming from Hyannis, take US-6 East for about 21 miles. You'll pass through Barnstable, Yarmouth, Dennis, and Brewster. Continue straight on US-6 until you reach South Wellfleet. The sanctuary is located at 291 US-6, which will be on your right. Look for the signs for Mass Audubon Wellfleet Bay Wildlife Sanctuary.
