If you are starting from the Tsongas Center at 300 Arcand Dr, walk east on Arcand Drive until you reach the intersection with Pawtucket Street. Turn left onto Pawtucket Street and continue walking for about 0.4 miles. You will pass several local shops and restaurants. The Locks at 145 Pawtucket St will be on your left, just before the intersection with Woburn Street.
