Bus
From Cancun, head to the ADO bus terminal located at Avenida Uxmal 18, near Plaza Las Américas. Purchase a ticket to Playa del Carmen, which is approximately 1 hour away. Once you arrive at the Playa del Carmen ADO terminal, exit the bus and walk straight on Avenida 20 until you reach Calle 4 Nte. Turn right onto Calle 4 Nte, and you will find Hard Rock Cafe Playa del Carmen at the corner with Quinta Avenida.

Collectivo
At the main bus terminal in Cancun, you can find collectivo vans heading to Playa del Carmen. These are shared taxis that leave when full and are usually cheaper than the ADO bus. Get on a collectivo and inform the driver you want to go to Playa del Carmen. Once you arrive, get off at the main intersection of Avenida 30 and Calle 4 Nte. Walk down Calle 4 Nte towards the beach, and Hard Rock Cafe will be on your left at the intersection with Quinta Avenida.

You can easily find a taxi in Cancun. Simply tell the driver you want to go to Hard Rock Cafe Playa del Carmen. Make sure to agree on a fare before starting the journey. The ride will take about 45 minutes to 1 hour, depending on traffic. Upon arrival, you will find the cafe located at the corner of Quinta Avenida and Calle 4 Nte.

If you are near the beach in Playa del Carmen, you can simply walk to Hard Rock Cafe. Start at the beach and head towards Quinta Avenida, which is the main pedestrian street. Walk along Quinta Avenida until you reach Calle 4 Nte. Turn left onto Calle 4 Nte, and Hard Rock Cafe will be on your right at the corner.
