Getting There

• Walking

  If you are in the central area of Playa del Carmen, you can easily reach Playa Mia Meeting Point on Avenida Benito Juárez. Start from the famous Quinta Avenida (Fifth Avenue), which is a pedestrian-only street filled with shops, restaurants, and cafes. Walk towards the north end of Quinta Avenida until you reach Avenida Juárez. From there, turn left (west) onto Avenida Juárez. Continue walking straight for about 5-7 minutes. You will pass by several local shops and restaurants. Playa Mia Meeting Point is located on Avenida Benito Juárez, and you will notice it by its signage. The address is Av Benito Juárez, Centro, 77710 Playa del Carmen, Q.R.

• Collectivo

  To get to Playa Mia Meeting Point via a collectivo, head to the collectivo station located on Avenida 10 and Calle 2. Look for a white van with 'Playa del Carmen' signs. Board a collectivo heading towards Akumal or Tulum, and ask the driver to drop you off at Playa Mia Meeting Point. The journey will take approximately 10-15 minutes depending on traffic, and you will be dropped off near the intersection of Avenida Benito Juárez. From there, walk a short distance to the entrance of Playa Mia.

• Taxi

  For a more direct route, you can take a taxi to Playa Mia Meeting Point. Simply find a taxi stand, or hail a taxi on the street. Tell the driver you want to go to 'Playa Mia Meeting Point on Avenida Benito Juárez.' The ride should take about 5-10 minutes, depending on your starting location, and will cost around 50-100 pesos, depending on traffic and time of day. The driver will drop you off right at the entrance.
