If you are staying in central Playa del Carmen, start by walking towards Av. 10 Norte. From there, head south until you reach the intersection with Calle 1 Sur. Turn right onto Calle 1 Sur and continue until you reach the junction with Av. 30 Norte. Turn left onto Av. 30 Norte and walk until you reach the bus terminal at Calle 6 Norte. Here, you can catch a colectivo (shared van) that goes towards Tulum. Make sure to tell the driver to drop you off at Corporativo Alltournative, located on Carretera Federal Chetumal-Puerto Juarez KM 287 Lote 13 Sur Ejido Sur. The drive should take around 15-20 minutes.

From the central bus terminal (Terminal de ADO), exit and walk to the nearby colectivo stop located at Calle 6 Norte. Look for a colectivo that is heading towards Tulum. Once you board the colectivo, let the driver know your destination is Corporativo Alltournative, located at Carretera Federal Chetumal-Puerto Juarez KM 287 Lote 13 Sur Ejido Sur. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes. Be sure to pay the fare directly to the driver.
