If you are in the Centro area of Puerto Vallarta, start at Plaza de Armas, the main square. From the plaza, head southwest towards the Malecón (boardwalk). Continue walking for about 10 minutes until you see the sculpture 'The Boy on the Seahorse' on the beach side of the Malecón, near the intersection with Calle Morelos.
