Getting There

  • Bicycle

If you are in central Tulum, you can rent a bicycle from one of the many shops along Avenida Tulum. Once you have your bike, head east on Avenida Tulum until you reach the junction with Carretera Tulum-Coba. Turn left onto Carretera Tulum-Coba and cycle for approximately 10 kilometers. Look for signs for Cenote Park on your right, just before you reach the small town of Macario Gomez. The park entrance is on the right side of the road.

  • Collective Taxi (Colectivo)

From the central Tulum bus station or along Avenida Tulum, you can catch a colectivo (shared taxi) heading towards Coba. These collectivos are typically white vans and will have a sign on the front indicating their destination. Inform the driver that you want to stop at Cenote Park. The ride will take around 15-20 minutes, and the driver will drop you off right at the entrance of the park on the Carretera Tulum-Coba.

  • Walking

Walking to Cenote Park is not practical due to the distance (approximately 10 km from central Tulum) and the lack of pedestrian-friendly paths along the Carretera Tulum-Coba. It is recommended to use a bicycle or colectivo for convenience and safety.
