    From Tulum town center, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops. Head west on Avenida Tulum until you reach the intersection with Carretera Federal 180. Turn left (south) onto Carretera Federal 180 and continue for about 8 km. You will see signs for Cenote Zacil-Ha; follow the signs until you reach the entrance on your right.

  • Collective Taxi

    From the Tulum town center, walk to the main road (Carretera Federal 307). Look for a collective taxi (shared van) heading towards Coba. Board the taxi and inform the driver that you want to go to Cenote Zacil-Ha. The driver will drop you off at the entrance, which is approximately 8 km from Tulum.

    Walking to Cenote Zacil-Ha from Tulum is quite a long trek (about 8 km). Start from the Tulum town center and head west on Avenida Tulum until you reach Carretera Federal 180.
