At the 'Central de Autobuses', you can also take a shared taxi (colectivo) to Santiago Matatlán. Look for the colectivos labeled for Santiago Matatlán, which are usually parked near the bus station. The cost is typically around 50-70 MXN per person, and the ride will be quicker, about 25-30 minutes. Once you arrive in Santiago Matatlán, you can walk to 'Mal de Amor' (approximately 1 km away). Ask locals for specific directions if needed.

If you prefer to walk, you can start from the city center of Oaxaca. Head east on Calle de Morelos towards Avenida Juárez, then turn left.
