Getting There

  • Walking

    From Corktown, head east on Michigan Avenue. Walk towards the intersection with Trumbull Avenue. Once you reach Trumbull Avenue, turn left and continue walking north until you reach the intersection with West Fort Street.

  • Walking

    At West Fort Street, turn right and head east. You will continue on West Fort Street until you reach the Detroit RiverWalk entrance, which will be on your left. Look for signage directing you to the RiverWalk.

  • Public Transit (Bus)

    Alternatively, you can take a bus from Corktown to the Detroit RiverWalk. Walk to the nearest bus stop on Michigan Avenue and catch the SMART Bus route 125 or the Detroit Department of Transportation (DDOT) route 5.
