Turn left on Prospect Avenue, and continue walking for about 5 minutes. The Washburn Water Tower will be on your right at 401 Prospect Ave.

If you are near Lake Harriet, you can enjoy a scenic walk to the Washburn Water Tower. Start at the Lake Harriet Bandshell and head east on Lake Harriet Parkway. Follow the parkway until you reach the intersection with Lyndale Avenue. Turn right onto Lyndale Avenue and walk south until you reach 51st Street. Turn left on 51st Street and walk east until you reach Prospect Avenue. Turn right on Prospect Avenue, and the Washburn Water Tower will be just a short walk ahead on your right.
