If you are driving from any location in Northeast Missouri, you can reach Alley Spring & Mill by following these steps: Start by getting onto US-63 South from your location. Continue on US-63 South for approximately 90 miles. Take the exit for MO-106 East toward Eminence. Follow MO-106 East for about 12 miles until you reach the intersection with Alley Spring Road. Turn left onto Alley Spring Road, and you will find Alley Spring & Mill shortly after on your right. There is no admission fee to visit the site.
