Turn left onto MO-68 and proceed for about 1.5 miles. You will see signs for Cathedral Cave as you approach the area. Look for parking near the entrance. Note that the cave is located within the Mark Twain National Forest, so check for any parking fees or requirements for access.
Public Transportation
Public transportation options to reach Cathedral Cave are limited. The nearest bus station is in Rolla, MO. From Rolla, you can take a taxi or ride-sharing service to reach Leasburg.
