Walking
From La Rousse, head towards the nearest bus stop at the 'Monte Carlo - Palais des Congrès' station. Once there, take Bus Line 100 towards Nice. After about 30 minutes, get off at 'Cannes - Gare Routière'. From the bus stop, walk to the 'Cannes Vieux Port' where you will find ferry services. Look for the ferry to Île Saint-Honorat. The crossing takes about 15 minutes. Upon arrival, follow the signs to Abbaye de Lérins, which is a short walk from the ferry dock.

From there, walk to the 'Cannes Vieux Port'. At the port, purchase a ticket for the ferry that goes to Île Saint-Honorat. The ferry ride lasts around 15 minutes. Once you arrive on the island, follow the path to Abbaye de Lérins, which is well-marked and only a short stroll away.
