Getting There

Walk

If you are staying in Thamel, start by heading west towards the Basantapur Square. From there, take the road to the north that leads to the Swayambhunath Stupa (also known as the Monkey Temple). Continue walking along the road past the stupa and keep heading north. After around 30 minutes, you will reach the intersection with a small road that leads to Nagarjun. Follow this road until you see signs for Vajrayogini Temple.
Taxi

From Thamel, you can take a taxi directly to Vajrayogini Temple. Tell the driver to take you to Nagarjun. The journey should take around 20 minutes depending on traffic. Make sure to show them the address 'P7CC+G24, Nagarjun' if they are unfamiliar with the location.
Local Bus

Catch a local bus from the Ratna Park bus station. Look for buses heading towards Balaju or Sitapaila. You will need to get off at Sitapaila. From Sitapaila, it is a short walk (about 15 minutes) to the Vajrayogini Temple. Walk towards the Nagarjun area, following the signs or asking locals for directions to the temple.
Bicycle

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle in Thamel. Head towards Swayambhunath and from there take the road north towards Nagarjun. It will take about 30-40 minutes to reach Vajrayogini Temple. Be cautious of the traffic and watch for pedestrians as you ride.
