After about 15 minutes, you will see Captain Dave Amsterdam located at Prinsengracht 397. Note that there is no office to enter; just wait for the boat to arrive.

From Amsterdam Central Station, take tram line 13 or 17 towards 'Zuid' or 'Museumplein'. Get off at the 'Westermarkt' stop. From there, walk towards the Prinsengracht canal, and turn left. Continue walking along the canal until you reach Prinsengracht 397. Remember, there is no office; simply wait by the canal for the boat to arrive.
