From De Pijp, start at the Sarphatipark. Head north on Sarphatipark towards the Van Woustraat. Turn left onto Van Woustraat and continue walking until you reach the Amstel. Cross the bridge and walk straight onto the Amstel. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Reguliersgracht. Turn right onto Reguliersgracht. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with the Keizersgracht. Turn left onto Keizersgracht, then take the first right onto the Prinsengracht. Continue walking until you see the Anne Frank House at Westermarkt 20, 1016 GV Amsterdam, which will be on your left.

From De Pijp, walk to the nearest tram stop, which could be 'Zuid' (check your location for the closest stop). Take tram line 12 towards 'Westermarkt'. Ride for about 10 minutes and get off at the 'Westermarkt' stop. From the tram stop, walk a short distance to your left, and you will see the Anne Frank House located at Westermarkt 20, 1016 GV Amsterdam. Note that a single tram ticket costs around €3.20.

If you prefer cycling, rent a bike from one of the many rental shops in De Pijp. Head northwest towards the RAI, then follow the bike lanes to the Amstel. Cross the bridge and continue straight on the Amstel, then take the route via the Keizersgracht and Prinsengracht until you reach the Anne Frank House at Westermarkt 20, 1016 GV Amsterdam. Make sure to check the bike rental rates, which usually start around €10 per day.
