If you're driving from Zaanse Schans to Grachtenrundfahrten in Amsterdam, start by getting onto the N8 from Zaanse Schans. Follow the N8 for about 10 kilometers and merge onto the A8 motorway. Continue on the A8 for approximately 6 kilometers, then take exit 1A toward S116, which will lead you to the center of Amsterdam. Follow signs for Amsterdam-Zuid and then Stadhouderskade. The destination will be on your right at Stadhouderskade 550, 1072 AE Amsterdam. Note that parking in Amsterdam can be expensive, with rates reaching up to €6 per hour in central locations.

To reach Grachtenrundfahrten using public transportation, start at the Zaanse Schans bus station. Take Bus 391 towards Amsterdam, which runs frequently. After about 30 minutes, get off at the 'Zandvoort' stop and transfer to the train at the Zaandam train station. Take a train to Amsterdam Central Station (approximately 17 minutes). From Amsterdam Central, walk to the tram stop and take Tram 2 or Tram 12 towards Amsterdam-Zuid. Get off at the 'Zuid' stop. Walk for about 10 minutes to reach Stadhouderskade 550, 1072 AE Amsterdam. The total cost for the bus and train will be around €10-€15 depending on your travel card.
