Car
If you are driving from the center of Jersey Shore, head northwest on Route 35 N. Continue on Route 35 N for approximately 4 miles. Take the exit for Route 36 W toward Long Branch. Merge onto Route 36 W and continue for about 2 miles. Then, turn right onto Sycamore Ave. Continue on Sycamore Ave for approximately 0.5 miles, and Allen House will be on your left at 400 Sycamore Ave, Shrewsbury, NJ 07702.
Public Transportation (Bus)
From the Jersey Shore area, you can take the NJ Transit Bus #837 towards Red Bank. Board the bus at a convenient stop. After approximately 30 minutes, disembark at the Sycamore Ave stop in Shrewsbury. From there, it is a short walk (about 10 minutes) to Allen House. Head east on Sycamore Ave, and you will find the Allen House at 400 Sycamore Ave, on your right.
Public Transportation (Train)
If you prefer to take the train, head to the nearest NJ Transit train station (such as Long Branch or Red Bank). Take the North Jersey Coast Line train towards New York City. Get off at the Red Bank station. From there, you can catch the NJ Transit Bus #837 towards Long Branch and get off at the Sycamore Ave stop. Allen House is a short 10-minute walk from the bus stop at 400 Sycamore Ave.
