From Yonkers, head to the nearest bus stop on the corner of Main St and Warburton Ave. Board the Bee-Line Bus #1 towards Manhattan. Stay on the bus for about 30-40 minutes until you reach the intersection of 79th St and Park Ave in Manhattan. Once you get off, walk south on Park Ave for about 5 blocks until you reach 980 Park Ave, where the Church of St. Ignatius Loyola is located.

Make your way to the Yonkers train station located at 1 Hudson St. Take the Metro-North Railroad on the Hudson Line towards Grand Central Terminal. The ride takes approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Grand Central, exit the station and head to the subway. Take the 4, 5, or 6 subway lines from Grand Central to 86th St station. Exit and walk east towards Park Ave, then head south for about 4 blocks to reach 980 Park Ave.

If you are near the Hudson River, you can enjoy a scenic walk. Start at the Yonkers waterfront and walk north along the river. Follow the path to the Metro-North Yonkers station and board a train to Grand Central Terminal as described above, or continue walking north along the river until you reach the intersection of 86th St and Park Ave. From there, head south on Park Ave to find the Church of St. Ignatius Loyola at 980 Park Ave.
