Subway
From Yonkers, make your way to the Yonkers Metro-North train station. Board a southbound train towards Grand Central Terminal. Once you arrive at Grand Central Terminal, follow the signs to the 4, 5, or 6 subway lines. Take the 6 train from Grand Central towards Brooklyn Bridge-City Hall. After 10 stops, get off at the 86th Street station. Exit the station and walk east on East 86th Street until you reach 435 E 85th St. On Location Tours will be on your left.

From Yonkers, take the Bee-Line Bus #1 or #2 towards the Bronx. Get off at the last stop, which is near the Bronx River Parkway. From there, transfer to the BxM2 express bus towards Manhattan. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes, and get off at East 86th Street and 3rd Avenue. From the bus stop, walk east on East 86th Street until you reach 435 E 85th St. On Location Tours will be on your left.

If you're already in Yonkers and prefer to walk, start from the Yonkers waterfront and head south along the Hudson River waterfront promenade. Continue walking until you reach the Yonkers Metro-North train station. Follow the subway directions provided above to reach 435 E 85th St in Manhattan. If walking all the way to Manhattan, it will take several hours, so consider this option only if you're up for a long trek!
