From Yonkers, walk to the Yonkers Metro-North Railroad station. Take the Hudson Line train towards Grand Central Terminal. Get off at the 125th Street station in Manhattan. From the 125th Street station, transfer to the 1 subway line towards South Ferry and ride it to the Christopher Street station. Exit the station and walk east on Christopher Street towards Hudson Street. Turn left on Hudson Street and walk for about 5 minutes until you reach 485 Hudson St, where St Luke in the Fields Garden is located.

From Yonkers, head to the nearest bus stop for the Bee-Line Bus service. Take the BxM4C express bus towards Manhattan. Get off at the stop at 42nd St - Port Authority Bus Terminal. From there, transfer to the A, C, or E subway lines and take the train downtown to West 4th St. Station. Exit the station and walk south on 6th Avenue, then turn right onto Waverly Place. Walk until you reach Hudson Street, then turn left and walk to 485 Hudson St, where St Luke in the Fields Garden is located.
