Car
If you're driving, start by heading south on State Highway 60 from Abel Tasman National Park. Follow the signs towards Nelson. The journey takes approximately 1 to 1.5 hours depending on traffic. Once you reach Nelson, turn onto Trafalgar Street, and continue until you reach the intersection with Hardy Street. Turn left onto Hardy Street, and you will find Queen's Gardens on your right. There is parking available nearby, but be aware that some areas may have parking fees.

Public Transportation
To reach Queen's Gardens using public transport, take a bus from Abel Tasman National Park to Nelson. The Nelson City bus services run regularly, and you can catch the bus from the nearest stop to your location in the park. The trip will take approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. Once you arrive in Nelson, disembark at the Nelson Bus Station. From there, it is about a 10-minute walk to Queen's Gardens. Head southeast on Bridge Street, turn right onto Hardy Street, and you will see the entrance to Queen's Gardens on your left.
