From Paihia, head south on State Highway 11 towards Opua. After about 5 km, turn left onto Russell Road, which will take you into Russell. Continue driving until you reach the ferry terminal where you can take a ferry to Urupukapuka Island. The ferry ride takes approximately 30 minutes and costs around NZD 25 per person.
