Getting There

  • Walking

    If you are starting from the Gisborne city center, head east on Gladstone Road. Continue straight ahead until you reach the intersection with Lytton Road. Turn left onto Lytton Road and walk for about 1 kilometer. You will pass several shops and local cafes along the way. After crossing the bridge over the Waimata River, continue straight until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Anzac Street, which will lead you towards the Kaiti area. Continue walking straight on Anzac Street until it turns into Kaiti Beach Road. After approximately 2 kilometers, you will see Titirangi Drive on your left. Turn left onto Titirangi Drive and walk for about 500 meters. The entrance to Titirangi Reserve will be on your right.

    From the Gisborne city center, walk to the nearest bus stop at the corner of Gladstone Road and Lowe Street. Take the bus number 2, which heads towards Kaiti. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes, and get off at the stop on Titirangi Drive. Once you get off, walk a short distance down Titirangi Drive, and you will find the entrance to Titirangi Reserve on your right.

    If you have a bike, start from the Gisborne city center and head east on Gladstone Road. Follow the same route as the walking directions until you reach the intersection with Lytton Road. Turn left onto Lytton Road and bike for about 1 kilometer. After crossing the bridge over the Waimata River, continue straight, taking the second exit at the roundabout onto Anzac Street.
