Car
If you're traveling by car, start from the Aoraki/Mount Cook National Park Visitor Centre. Head east on State Highway 80 towards Mount Cook Village. Continue for about 7 km until you reach the village. Turn left onto Larch Grove Road. The Old Mountaineers Cafe will be on your right after approximately 300 meters.

Public Transportation
If you are using public transportation, take the InterCity bus service to Mount Cook Village. Once you arrive at the Mount Cook Village bus stop, exit the bus and walk towards the Visitor Centre. From there, head east on State Highway 80 for about 7 km until you reach the Old Mountaineers Cafe located on Larch Grove Road. It is approximately a 20-minute walk from the Visitor Centre.
