If you're driving in Mount Cook National Park, navigate to 3 Larch Grove Road, Aoraki/Mount Cook National Park, Canterbury 7946. Once you reach the park entrance, follow the signs toward the Aoraki/Mount Cook Village. Upon entering the village, look for Larch Grove Road, which is well-marked. The Old Mountaineers Cafe will be located on your left.

If you are using public transportation, you can take the InterCity bus service that operates from major cities like Christchurch and Queenstown to Mount Cook Village. Once you arrive at the Mount Cook Village bus stop, walk toward the Aoraki/Mount Cook Visitor Centre. From there, head onto Larch Grove Road, which is about a 10-minute walk (approximately 800 meters). The Old Mountaineers Cafe will be on your left along this road.

If you are already in Mount Cook Village, you can easily walk to The Old Mountaineers Cafe. Start from the Aoraki/Mount Cook Visitor Centre, head towards Larch Grove Road, and take a left. Continue walking down Larch Grove Road for about 10 minutes, and you will see the cafe on your left.
