    If you're starting from the New Plymouth city center, head east along St Aubyn Street. Continue on St Aubyn Street until you reach the intersection with the Belt Road. Cross the road and continue straight until you reach the roundabout at the intersection of the Belt Road and State Highway 3. From here, take the footpath heading towards Bell Block. Follow the path along the highway until you reach the next roundabout. Take the exit onto Egmont Street and continue straight until you see Hickford Park on your left, approximately 1.5 km from the roundabout.
