From the New Plymouth CBD, head to the nearest bus stop located on Devon Street. Catch the 'Bell Block' bus, which operates regularly. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Bell Block. After approximately 15-20 minutes, disembark at the Bell Block stop. From there, walk towards the main road, and turn left onto State Highway 3. Continue walking for about 5 minutes until you reach Hickford Park on your right. The park is located at Bell Block, New Plymouth 4312.
