Car
If you're driving from central Tasman, take State Highway 60 (SH60) towards Nelson. Continue on SH60 for approximately 15 km until you reach Nelson. Upon entering Nelson, follow the signs for the city center. Park your car at one of the public parking areas available near the city center. From there, Queen's Gardens is a short 10-minute walk. Head east on Hardy Street, then turn left onto Trafalgar Street. Continue straight until you reach the gardens on your right.

Public Transportation
To reach Queen's Gardens by public transport from Tasman, take the Nelson Bus Service from your nearest bus stop. Buses typically run every 30 minutes. Board a bus heading towards Nelson City Centre. The journey should take about 30-40 minutes, depending on traffic. Get off at the 'Nelson City' stop. From there, it's a 10-minute walk: head south on Bridge Street, then take a left onto Trafalgar Street. The gardens will be on your right.

If you're already in the Tasman area and wish to walk to Queen's Gardens, the route is about 5 km. Start from the center of Tasman and head southeast on SH60. Walk along the footpath until you reach the intersection with Hardy Street. Turn left onto Hardy Street and continue until you reach Trafalgar Street. Turn right onto Trafalgar Street, and continue walking until you see Queen's Gardens on your right. This walk will take approximately 1 hour.
